Conveniently located in the heart of Victoria's city centre, this bright one bedroom condo has been comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated to provide a perfect home away from home. With secure underground parking included, you are ready to explore the city.

Views of the city and surrounding area can be enjoyed through the floor to ceiling windows or by relaxing outside on the spacious balcony which stretches the width of the condo.

You will love this central location which provides excellent walking access to so many of the amenities and attractions in downtown Victoria and around the Inner Harbour. And if you're a runner, there is easy access to Dallas Road and Beach Drive - the Victoria marathon route!

On the street within two blocks are restaurants, movie theatres, beer and wine stores, the biggest and best second hand book store on the Island, a fantastic large grocery store as well as several great bakeries. The list goes on. It is ideal for both the business and vacation traveler.

An inner courtyard and main floor fitness room facilities are available for your use. Access to common area building amenities such as fitness areas or other common area places can not be guaranteed available at all times.

The Wave 2 condo is just a few years old and has been equipped with new furnishings. In the living room there is a large flat-screen high definition TV, a Blue Ray/Netflix player, a double sofa with a quality pull out bed, a reclining chair, fireplace, a mini book library, desk, high speed wireless connection, I-phone docking station, and other furnishings.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and meals can be eaten in the multi-functional dining area or on the granite counter top breakfast bar. A Keurig coffee-maker helps get your morning going. There is a front load washing machine and drier in the suite. In the bedroom is a comfortable queen bed designed to make bed-time inviting, and with extra dresser storage for your clothing needs.

    I wish I could post photos. The pots and pans were a health hazard (peeling non-stick coating, black pitted bottoms), the bathroom floor and fan were filthy and there was black mould on the window sill. Don't expect a door, window or closet in the "bedroom" because they don't exist. Oh yeah, hot water was a rare commodity.

    Great location, however the hosts were near impossible to reach by phone. We waited almost an hour upon our check in time for the host to show up and then when it came time for us to check out we could not reach the host or anyone else at EMR. We made multiple phone calls to both the host and EMR and not once did we speak to a live person, nor did an EMR representative return our messages. We had a great time in Victoria however I do not see us booking through EMR rentals again.

We did have a change in greeters so perhaps there was some miscommunication on our end. Your messages went to our cleaner, so she did not respond - not knowing what was happening. Our contact information for our office is in the house manual - along with our emergency line phone number. We did not have any messages left so we were unaware that you were attempting to reach us. We do ask that guests let us know their departure times at least 24 hours prior to departure - not the morning of.

    The unit was as described and very can get pretty loud on weekends. Also because there is no air conditioning it can be quite warm in summer and the only window is on the street (patio) which faces the nightclub. There are no Windows or doors in the bedroom so you can hear the noise right throughout. There was also a lot of construction going on so again it's quite noisy.

    All that said the unit was a great fit and is close to a market, Starbucks and a very easy walk to downtown and all of the attractions. It was perfect for what we needed and they did bring an extra fan after we requested one. That was a little late but we used it. Also the pull out couch isn't very comfy but the bed was very nice.

    our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is close to Vicroria's fine dining, shops and attractions. There is a parking spot and an elevator. The place was spotless and neat. We were greeted by a nice person who instructed us about all the ins and outs. We needed to contact management to change our departure time and they contacted us promptly. I would recommend this place to a friend.

    My husband and I stayed for three nights early July 2016. The condo and bldg were super clean and located on the edge of the downtown area, only minutes away on foot. We walked everywhere from this location. Great grocery market and drug store a minute away, as well as restaurants!! Would recommend this smaller condo for couples.

    We were very pleased with the condo,it is in a great location within walking distance of downtown and the Inner Harbour. The condo is small but very well equipped and extremely clean. The building is very well maintained and secure and the underground parking was appreciated as parking in that area is at a premium. There is a market nearby with a deli and bakery. There are many coffee shops and Floyds (restaurant) across the street is a must. We truly enjoyed our twelve days there

    We can't fault the service and consideration: we will definitely use these folk and this location again. The professional service was great and the property was just as described and extremely clean. Although the bedroom is small, leaving very little space to get to the far side of the bed, the bed itself was comfortable. We stayed 4 nights, I including a weekend, and found it all very satisfactory and convenient for all our needs. We were there in early April. Our first reaction on arrival was a bit of a gulp of apprehension when we realized that the apartment is right opposite a night club called Sugar, but as it turned out, we weren't bothered in the least. There was no loud noise from the club and no street disturbance and, if it hadn't been for the sign declaring it to be a night club, the queues that lined up to go in at start up could just have easily been waiting to go into a theatre or movie. We made good use of the kitchen facilities and got our foodstuffs at the Market on Yates. The only very minor problem we had was that there were no written instructions in the TV manual section of the welcome package about how to get back to the settings for TV channels after using the DVD player. But, that is really minor!
