    A beautiful 1 bed apartment in the heart of old town in Victoria. It was great location to be based at and explore the city. A modern, comfortable condo with everything you could need during your stay. We felt that we were made to feel at home from the moment our greeter met us at the property on the first day.

    We loved the apartment! It was centrally located to all the downtown and Chinatown. We always look for "charming" places to stay and this one fit the bill. The kitchen was well equipped as we enjoy preparing some of our meals. We were able to contact a friendly staff member for a couple of questions we had as well. Highly recommend!

    Very nice unit in a perfect location - walking distance to everything in downtown Victoria, including the harbour and Chinatown. Free parking about a block away, with a spot to unload right in front. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for a small family.

    We had an excellent time staying here. It's a small one bedroom apartment. Perfect for 2 adults. Great location right downtown and the parking pass is invaluable. Kitchen was really well equipped with everything you need to cook. I do have to say the booking process was absolutely exhausting. We had to sign and fax/email about 8 papers and got about 10 emails with instructions. Definitely makes you miss Aibnb's one click booking :) Once you survive the booking process you'll have a great time here!

    Great location close to wonderful restaurants, downtown sites, canoe and bike rentals. A bit noisy on weekend nights if you like to leave windows open.
    Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Good reading lights in bedroom. Living room setup would be better returned to the way it is in photo. Couch needs reupholstering or replacement. Property managers helpful, responsive, though initial reservation feels more like arranging an annual lease agreement than booking a short term stay.

    This is a very nice comfortable condo tucked away in the city centre. It is small but very well equipped and it served us well for the week we spent in Victoria. It does get noisy at night and if you have a vehicle,parking is located about two blocks away.
    The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

    The process with EMR Vacation Rentals was fairly smooth. Expect a lot of emails with all the information you will need. The unit itself was an amazing location and nicely decorated and very comfortable to stay in. Only down side was we booked for 3 people, it would have been nice to have the pullout sofa linens already on and ready to go (as you can fold away the bed made without a blanket). Small criticism in an otherwise perfect stay!

    We made a trip to Victoria with our dog and teenage niece. The condo worked perfectly for us. It was located right in the heart of shops and restaurants. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We made several dinners at the condo and had all the utensils we needed. The EMR staff was courteous and helpful. In addition, there was a parking space for our car. We will be back!

    Location, location, location... Morley 303 is a great location, it is close to everything! We parked the car and cycled or walked everywhere.     This little apartment was amazing and perfect! My husband and I stayed in Morley 303 for a week. It was perfectly setup; extremely clean and modern. And very quiet with the bedroom facing a historic Italian-style courtyard, and the front on a no-vehicle traffic alley/walkway. We loved the little balconies in front and back. Being in the heart of Victoria made it close to absolutely everything. We highly recommend it and would love to be back.

    We arrived to the property late at night but Judy was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment is perfect for a couple and it had all of the kitchen and bathroom equipment one could wish for! Really sweet and cozy! I would add, though, that when the windows are open at night, it is quite noisy and the restaurant cleaning staff at a nearby restaurant start their day very early and very noisily. It is, though, a downtown home and that comes with the territory!!

    The property management company was very easy to deal with from start to finish, easy payment system. Modern unit, well equipped, central Victoria location - we walked everywhere. It was nice to have a designated parking spot - had no problem finding a space - but it was a bit challenging to drop off and pick up luggage. Enjoyed sampling many restaurants, fun shopping and walking around the Harbour and parks. Our stay was over too soon.

    My review is about the property management company (EMR Vacation Rentals). It was the first time I've dealt with them and as a person who probably books 10-20 vacation rentals a year (most in the Victoria/Sidney area) I'm not sure I'd go with them again.

    On Aug 25th I found this lovely unit and made an email inquiry with a few questions I had about the place. No response. However, someone from EMR sent me an email indicating the unit was available and I could pay to book it. I sent another email on August 26th asking for a response to the question I'd submitted previously, again, I get only an email response regarding payment, no answers to my questions. I sent a third email on Aug 28th...

    Finally on Aug 28th, Kari from EMR replied to me which was a relief. We discussed the rental and I inquired with her whether or not there were fans in the unit, as other guests had left in their reviews that without A/C, it was hot and I wanted to make sure there were fans so I'd be comfortable, before I booked the unit. If not, I was planning to book elsewhere. Kari assured me there were fans in the unit and I proceeded with booking.

    I arrived very late on the 9th of Sep, after being awake for 21 hours, and was met by Jeannette who was great. Upon entering the unit I felt instantly that it was too warm and I asked to be shown where the fans were. Turns out, there were no fans. I was quite upset about this as I had *specifically* asked Kari that before booking and she had confirmed for me they were there. I slept terribly that night as it was 24C in the apartment. I emailed Kari that night and said if fans were not delivered that next day, I would be checking out. It is unfortunate that Jennette was the one that had the inconvenience of bringing fans, but she did bring them at noon the next day and I was much more comfortable after that.

A clear look at all the reviews on this property and other properties we manage show the vast majority of stays are successful ones to the satisfaction of our guests. In your case we wish the fans had been in the unit upon your arrival to ensure your stay was the very best one. Thank you again, and we hope to try and win your approval on a future booking, and to accept that once in while mistakes are made but we do make good on correcting them.

    My husband I stayed at Morley 303 for four nights. The location right on Waddington Alley was perfect for exploring downtown and we were very happy that parking was included and only 2 blocks away. The condo was very nice and just as pictured. I only have two complaints about the place. I was always warm (23C) in the condo even though it was cool outside. It made it hard to sleep at night. A fan would be a nice addition! Yes, you can open the doors to the decks but that is a bit loud some nights. Also, every morning around 7:30 someone collected the glass bottles in the courtyard below the bedroom (from Italian restaurant?) which woke us up (with the door closed).

    Everything was perfect, clean, quiet and comfortable, just the perfect size for a holiday stay. Had every appliance, utensil you could ever want, I loved cooking in the apartment. Even had a brush for the BBQ sauce.
    We ate Willie's for breakfast a couple of morning, fantastic and just around the corner. We ate dinner several nights at great restaurants all within walking distance. We had a car, but only use it once to drive to French Beach, gorgeous. Took bus tours to Butchart Gardens and trip around southern part of the island. Understandably not AC but it did get pretty warm as I think this has been you hottest summer on record. Luckily could open doors at each end of condo and get a little breeze.
    Another suggestion is a regular size ironing board, I think it would still fit on closet, but no big deal. I would love to come back to Victoria and this condo.

    My husband and I and our dog spent 2 months at the Morley 303. We wanted to escape the Calgary winter and Victoria was the most delightful place! The location of the Morley was perfect! We could walk everywhere, visit numerous restaurants nearby, and wander without a worry with Chinatown nearby and the inner harbor steps in the other direction. The condo was clean and well maintain and had everything one could possible want. I really appreciated the paper and cleaning supplies available. The EMR company gave excellent service and when we had a request, they contacted the owner immediately and within days the problem was solved. I would definitely use them again.

    Cute little apartment with a basic kitchen and decent bed. You can hear the neighbors, so it's definitely a place for quieter travellers. Easy check-in and checkout. I'd stay again.

    We really enjoyed our stay at 303 Morley. Although the unit was right down-town it was very quiet. The condo was nicely decorated and equipped and the security was great. Although the washing machine failed - which can happen whether it is new or old - it caused us no problem. We were impressed by the overall great management by EMR. Every detail is well documented and any communication we had with EMR was completely satisfying. We would not hesitate to deal with this company in the future and would recommend them to our friends.
