The main floor was architecturally designed to capture views of the ocean whether you are sitting on the cloud couch in the lounge area, on the large sun deck, or as you stand at the double oven, six burner gas stove. But, it certainly isn't the only thing that will take your breath away. All angles of the home showcase BC's famous West Coast living mountains, water and lush greenery! From Bowen Island to Cypress Mountain, from sea to sky, this is your backyard. The two story window flanking the staircase, gazing at Cypress are your steps to the built in coffee machine. Fully equipped with radiant in floor heat, as the rest of the home, you can set the family or friends up with TV, darts, ping pong, and many more fun games. It is also a space to charge your car if needed.The yard, 13,000 sq ft of flowing greenery, floral, privacy and fresh air. There wasn't a moment missed when planning this home. Parking for at least ten cars in the gated driveway, two garage stalls and ample street parking. The home is located on the ocean in a quaint, private location.

There is no through traffic, only an exit to have you downtown in 15 minutes or to whistler for a quick 60 minute ride. A 15 minute boat ride to Bowen, a 3 minute ride to Sunset Beach or Horseshoe Bay for both the ferries or the incredible walks, dinners or ice cream.
